Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A Soil Suitability Study/Nitrate Loading Study for both shop and house indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage must be performed prior to issuance of building <br /> permit(s) as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of$ 445.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1115.7). <br />
