Chandler Martin -2- <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> PA-06-440 (SA) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $4,849.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Retail Service per additional daily trip-end generated in the Linden area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record.) (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 5. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee currently is $1,040.00 per gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Retail Service. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 6. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is $623.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as Retail Service. The fee shall be automatically increased on January I of <br /> each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 7. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 8. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects.
