Chandler Martin -2- COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PA-06-440 (SA) 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $4,849.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Retail Service per additional daily trip-end generated in the Linden area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolutions 00-433) 5. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $1,040.00 per gross square foot of building designated as Retail Service. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) 6. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is $623.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Retail Service. The fee shall be automatically increased on January I of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) 7. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. 8. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one(1)acre of soil shall require a State NPDES construction permit.
