Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department(EHD) requires a soil suitability study indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of a <br /> building permit(s) (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(4)). A review <br /> fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the EHD. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> MH:0 <br />
