UP-99-01 <br /> Paoe 2 <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial. and technical capability <br /> to assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and <br /> C.C.R.,Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> C. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected <br /> in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents <br /> prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time <br /> of submittal. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> D. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office <br /> of Emergency Services. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> E. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain a EPA identification <br /> number and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> Note: Any further repairs to the septic disposal systems shall be installed on the same <br /> parcels as each septic system exists. <br />
