Kerry Sullivan -2- <br /> COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-01-47 <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $852.00 per 1,000 <br /> gross square foot of building designated as warehouse in the Stockton area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that <br /> the existing development on this site was in operation on or after April 23, 1990.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 4. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066) that this development <br /> has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan <br /> is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 6.
