b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this <br /> application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be <br /> based on the current schedule at the time of payment. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record. (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> c. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting <br /> from this application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The <br /> fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> d. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> e. Applicant shall file all Permit Registration Documents (PRDs) with the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board (SWRCB) to state the intent to comply with the State"General Permit for Storm <br /> Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity". The Waste Discharge Identification <br /> Number(WDID) issued by SWRCB, shall be submitted to Public Works for file. Contact SWRCB <br /> at(916) 341-5537 for further information. Coverage under the SWRCB General Construction <br /> Permit Order 2009-0009-DWQ shall be maintained throughout the duration of all phases of the <br /> project. <br /> f. All new construction and the substantial improvements of any structures, including conversion of <br /> existing structures, shall meet the flood requirements contained in Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1605 as applicable. The final site plan shall be submitted for review and approval by the Flood <br /> Management Division of the Department of Public Works (209) 953-7612. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> 1) A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building <br /> Division of the Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building <br /> permit. Contact the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) for information. <br /> 2) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector <br /> Control District(209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the <br /> prevention of mosquitoes. Best Management Practices (BMP) guidelines for stormwater <br /> devices, ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> 3) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the <br /> time of permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction <br /> requirements (Title 9, Chapter 9-1605) and all requirements of the State of California <br /> (CCR Title 23) that are in force at the time of permit issuance. As an example, these <br /> requirements may include raising the finish floor elevation one foot above the expected <br /> flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT: (Staff contact: Jeffrey Wong, [209]468-0335) <br /> a. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development(California Water Code, Article 4, <br /> Section 13260). <br /> b. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). <br /> The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br />
