Phase Two, to be completed within three years of approval, includes the <br /> conversion of 44,825 square feet of an exisitng 54,425 square foot agricultural processing building into a barrel-aging room, <br /> distilling area, a bottle line, tasting room, and a shipping and receiving area. These parcels are under a Williamson Act <br /> contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-80 (General Agriculture, 80-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is AIG (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the north side of West State Route 4 Highway, 1.6 miles west of Tracy <br /> Boulevard, Stockton (APN/Address: 129-190-29, -31/14311 West State Route 4 Highway, Stockton) (Supervisorial District: <br /> 3). <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration may be proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study <br /> and proposed Negative Declaration will be available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than April 18, 2018. Comments or recommendations received after that date <br /> would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application.
