The 100 year Flood Elevation will be approximately 8 Feet NGVD. <br /> State Highway Route 4 has an existing right-of-way width of 100 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width as required by Cal Trans. <br /> A Cal Trans encroachment permit shall be required for work within State Highway Route 4 right- <br /> of-way. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $159.47 per <br /> trip-end generated in the Delta area.
