MS-92-21 ) <br /> Submitted for your review are the results of a Soil <br /> Suitability Study on the Antonio A. and Kay F . Lagorio <br /> property located at 21921 E. Highway 4, Stockton , CA <br /> 95215 . <br /> Existing Septic Systems : <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed <br /> for the area in the immediate vicinity of the <br /> subject property. <br /> No permits were found . The subject septic system <br /> was installed in June , 1989. No problems have been <br /> encountered . <br /> Existing Use • <br /> The existing 60± acres is in row crops . There is <br /> an existing home on the proposed Parcel No. 1 . <br /> There is an irrigation well on proposed Parcel No. 2 <br /> and a domestic well on proposed Parcel No . 1 . <br /> Percolation Tests : <br /> Four percolation tests were performed in accordance <br /> with the percolation tests procedures outlined in the <br /> "Manual Septic Tank Practice" published by the U. S . <br /> Department of Health, Education and Welfare and per <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Local Health <br /> District . <br /> On November 25 and 26 and December 3 and 4, 1991 , <br /> four percolation tests were performed by me on the <br /> above referenced property in conformance with the <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . The approximate <br /> location of the test holes are shown on the <br /> accompanying Detail Map. <br /> A soil profile was not performed because depth to <br /> water is in excess of 130 feet . <br />
