CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> BURKE/DILLON&MURPHY <br /> PA-1300072 <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1300072 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on June 11, 2013, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> December 11, 2014, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Contact Staff: Rick Griffin, [209]468-3154) <br /> a) APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated May 16, 2013. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
