1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of two parcels totaling 100 acres located <br /> at 27403 E. State Route 4, Farmington, California. The project is in a agricultural community. <br /> The project parcel number is APN 187-310-07, 12. It is zoned AG-160. The subject parcel <br /> contains a homesite. <br /> Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create a two acre <br /> homesite parcel and a 98 acre "designated remainder." <br /> 1.2 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 The present owner, Erna Murphy,has owned the property for more than 10 years. The past <br /> use of the property has been a homesite surround by vineyards. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> a two acre homesite parcel. The existing homesite operates with a septic system. <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits yielded no permits. <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: As stated above, research for on-site permits <br /> yielded no permits. Since no permits were found there is no history of on-site septic repairs. <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: All existing parcels are <br /> served by septic systems. See the appendix for permit history. Septic systems have been built <br /> using standard practices of tanks, leach lines and pits. <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records,the septic systems in this general <br /> area range in installation dates from 1974 to 2001.
