This is an error. Test hole 1 had a percolation rate of 27.7 min./in, <br /> which meets the criteria of San Joaquin County, The recommended septic area would <br /> be 12,000 square feet. In turn, a standard septic system would be recommended to <br /> be constructed near the location of test hole 1 . Test hole 1 is located on the <br /> "Designated Remainder" and test hole 2 was located near the existing septic system <br /> on parcel 1 .
