1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of a 100 acre parcel located at <br /> 27403 E. State Route 4, Farmington, CA. The project is in an agricultural community, <br /> and the existing parcel is zoned AGW� <br /> lea <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to split a 2.00 acre homesite parcel <br /> from the existing 100 acre parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for <br /> approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical environmental <br /> contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and county records. <br /> (this SSCR includes no chemical analysis) <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative map with Vicinity Map, and APN <br /> Page). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of <br /> information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner, Chester Murphy. The <br /> owner was interviewed on August 7, 2006 by Joe Murphy. The Murphy family has owned the <br /> property for more than 20 years. The land use has always been agriculture. <br /> Presently the property includes a vineyard. The surrounding properties (north, south, east, and <br /> west) are used for agricultural use.. <br /> The only plans for the property is to split off a 2.00 acre financing parcel. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at <br /> ` the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on August 8, 2006 (see appendix for <br /> results). A review of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health's contamined site list did not <br /> yield any contamination concerns. An onsite survey performed on August 11, 2006 by Joe <br /> Murphy of Dillon&Murphy, as well as interviewing the present owner, Chester Murphy on <br /> August 7, 2006. <br /> 3.2 Description of Ali Past On-Site Potential and/or Known Above and Below Ground <br /> Sources of Contamination Identified at the Project Site: Past on-site potential for <br /> ` contamination are low, the property has been an orchard or vineyard for more than 10 years.
