The project includes the construction of a 2,500 square foot shop for truck maintenance. This use is accessory to the existing 1,816 square foot single-family residence. Operations are planned for six (6) hours a day, five (5) days per week, and are expected to generate four (4) vehicle trips per day. The site will utilize a private well and septic system and be provided access from East State Route 4 Highway. The parcel is not under a Williamson Act Contract. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is AIG (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the north side of State Route 4, 1,125 feet east of Gillis Road, Stockton: (APN/Address: 103-060-13/6701 East State Route 4 Highway, Stockton)(Supervisorial District: 1) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than January 25, 2019. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application.
