Garcia(APN: 103-060-13/6701 East Highway 4, Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On June 25,2019,the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved a one- <br /> year Time Extension for a previously approved Site Approval application No. PA-1700039, subject to the <br /> enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. Appeals <br /> must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$353.00. The 10-day <br /> appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on July 25, 2019. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday,the appeal period <br /> will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 12 months <br /> (from the initial effective date), by December 11, 2019.
