Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to recording of survey on Parcel 1. Should the number of non- <br /> resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of <br /> service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title 22, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability <br /> to assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and <br /> C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have -been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> B.
