Evidently a <br /> previous draft was sent to the printer. Figure 1 showed all the estimated locations of <br /> wells that DWR had provided driller reports for. Figure 2 was a general site map from a <br /> previous report. <br /> A corrected index is attached along with the missing Figures 3 through 6. Figure 1 has <br /> been replaced with the actual survey map of confirmed wells.
