Installation of three groundwater monitoring wells to first groundwater. <br /> 2. Collection of soil samples every five feet during the drilling of the boreholes. Samples will be analyzed for TPHg, <br /> BTEX and MtBE. EPA Method 8260 will be used to confirm two samples showing the highest levels of MtBE. <br /> 3. A minimum of 24-hours following installation,the monitoring wells will be developed and sampled. The collected <br /> water samples will be analyzed for TPHg,BTEX,and oxygenated compounds by full scan EPA Method 8260. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The Regional Water Quality Control Board,Central Valley Region is requiring analysis of groundwater samples for <br /> 1,2-dichloroethane and ethylene dibromide. These can be detected in the full scan EPA Method 8260 run. <br /> 2. Please proceed with submittal of a San Joaquin County well permit application and required$89.00 permit fee,and <br /> with scheduling the fieldwork <br /> 3.
