(A $250 . 00 <br /> fee currently is required for processing per Planning <br /> Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the Grant <br /> Deed, legal description of Parcel 1 and an estimate. The <br /> estimate and legal description shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing <br /> on a form to be supplied by the Public Works Department <br /> and submitted to the Public Works Department for <br /> approval. As an option the Department of Public Works <br /> will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional <br /> fee of $100 . 00. ) (Planning Title Section 9-9430 , 9-9433) <br /> e. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9184) <br /> f. Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any <br /> public roadway shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10 . 207 , San <br /> Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, and F-lc and the ^C <br /> prior to issuance of the building permit. (San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No. 3622) <br /> g. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66411. 1) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. (San Joaquin <br /> County Planning Title 9-10100-05) <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. San Joaquin county <br /> Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br />
