1.0� 11_� <br /> Patterson Pass Business Center, Building#6 Page 4 <br /> Tracy, California <br /> SITE OBSERVATIONS <br /> A site observation was conducted on January 19, 2005. The as-built condition of the <br /> building appeared to be in conformance with standard practices for tilt-up construction. <br /> There was no evidence of significant structural distress or settlement within the building. <br /> Minor cracking of the concrete wall panels was observed. The cracks typically occurred <br /> at the bottom corners and at mid-span of panels. Cracks also occurred at steel plates <br /> embedded in the panels at the panel joints. The cracking appeared to be typical <br /> shrinkage, flexural, and thermal cracking which does not affect the structural integrity of <br /> the wall panels. <br /> 05005.01 R. D.
