3.5.5 Floor Drains, Sumps, and Other Subgrade Structures <br /> No floor drains were observed in the building. No evidence of a sanitary septic system <br /> was observed on the subject property. <br /> No other evidence of water wells, cisterns, or other subsurface structures was observed <br /> on the subject property. <br /> 3.5.6 Utilities <br /> Drinking water and sewer services are supplied to the subject property by the city of <br /> Tracy. Electrical service to the subject property is provided by Pacific Gas & Electric <br /> (PG&E). Stormwater is collected at the subject property in stormwater sumps located in <br /> the parking lot. The stormwater sumps were observed to be free of evidence of <br /> chemical discharge. <br /> No drinking fountains were observed in either tenant spaces. <br /> 3.5.7 Wastewater Discharges <br /> No wastewater discharges were observed on the subject property. <br /> 3.5.8 Air Emissions <br /> The subject property is located in San Joaquin County, California. San Joaquin County <br /> is currently designated by the EPA as a serious non-attainment area for National <br /> Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for ozone. In addition, parts of San Joaquin <br /> County are designated as a moderate non-attainment area with the NAAQS for <br /> particulate matter. The area is in attainment with the NAAQS for all other criteria <br /> pollutants. <br /> The tenants at the subject property do not conduct operations that require air permits. <br /> 3.5.9 Indoor Air Quality <br /> SECOR inquired about any known indoor air quality concerns at the subject property. <br /> Mr. Sanchez, Mr. Benton, and Mr. de Moor all stated that there were no known air <br /> quality concerns within the subject property buildings and that they were not aware of <br /> any previous complaints from tenants regarding odors or other indoor air quality matters. <br /> 3.5.10 Aboveground Storage Tanks <br /> No aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) were observed on the subject property, and no <br /> reports or other evidence that would indicate the former or current presence of ASTs <br /> was discovered in the investigation of the subject property. <br /> 3.5.11 Underground Storage Tanks <br /> No reports or other evidence indicating the former or current presence of underground <br /> storage tanks (USTs) was observed on the subject property. <br /> Final ESA-30102-Tracy CA.doc 9 SECOR International Incorporated <br /> March 28,2005 <br />
