6.2.2 Local Fire Department SECOR contacted the Tracy Fire Department for information concerning the subject property. According to the Fire Prevention Division, no record of hazardous materials releases, spills, or responses are on file at the county fire department for the subject property address, and there is no record of USTs at the subject property. 6.3 LIST OF RECORDED SITES 6.3.1 On-Site Listings The subject property was not identified in the database. 6.3.2 Adjacent Site Listings EnXco, located adjacent to the west, was listed as a RCRA-SQG. This listing is for tracking purposes only and no violations were reported. No other adjacent properties were identified in the EDR databases searched. 6.3.3 Other Site Listings Within Searched Area Other locations within the search areas listed for each database in Section 6.1 are presented in the EDR database report in Appendix B. A review of the EDR regulatory database search revealed no NPL sites, no RCRA TSD facilities, no CERCLIS sites, no RCRA-LQG sites, no California State Superfund sites, no CalSites listings, no LUST sites, no registered UST sites, no state solid waste landfills, and no ERNS listings within the specified search radii. Two ERNS incidents were reported at Safeway Food and Drug Distribution Center, 16900 West Schulte Road, located approximately adjacent to the southeast. The first incident occurred on February 20, 1998 and involved 40 pounds of anhydrous ammonia released at the facility. No additional information was reported by EDR. The second incident occurred on July 8, 1999 and involved the shutdown of an ammonia refrigeration system to replace a line. The Tracy Fire Department responded due to odors but took no action. No additional information was reported by EDR. One CA SLIC site was identified within a one-half mile radius of the subject property. Tri-State Motor Transit Company, 25501 Patterson Pass Road, is located approximately 0.44 mile to the northwest of and cross-gradient in relation to groundwater flow from the subject property. SECOR contacted the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board on January 26, 2005 for information regarding this facility. As of the date of this report, no response has been received. Based on its distance from, and its inferred cross-gradient groundwater flow position relative to the subject property it appears unlikely that this facility would have any adverse environmental impact on the subject property.
