e. ACCESS: The following access requirements apply and shall be shown on the Parcel Map: <br /> (1) A minimum 25-foot-wide fee strip for access to Parcel 2, along Parcel 1, shall be shown on the <br /> Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1150.15) <br /> (2) The following note shall be placed on the Parcel Map and also shall be recorded as a separate <br /> instrument: <br /> A. At the time of development of the parcel , the entire length of the access fee strip for Parcel <br /> 2 shall be constructed and maintained to the standards required by Section 10.207 of the <br /> Uniform Fire Code and applicable San Joaquin County Improvement Standards. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.15[c]) <br /> 2.
