Brochier Subdivision Consultant Old Republic Title Company 265 Montgomery Street San Francisco, CA 94104 RE: Munro Orchard Tract No. 2 (Lots 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25 & 26) San Joaquin County, CA San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, has received and reviewed Kleinfelder's soil suitability study dated August 13, 2003, and addendums and has found them to be acceptable for all the lots. The installation of the septic systems must be under application permit, inspection, and approved by this Department. The permit fee is $320.00. The installation of the water wells and pumps must be under an application permit, inspection, and approved by this Department. Wells are to have a minimum 100 feet grout seal and to be installed according to San Joaquin County Standards. The well and pump permit fee is $275.00. The water in the general vicinity has been found to be bacteriologically potable; however; chemical quality has not been ascertained. There are no State or legal regulations that apply public drinking water standards to private wells. The compliance of these 5.00 +parcels as it relates to San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110, has been completed and accepted to allow septic, sell, and pump permits to issued.
