FFInaddition, oil moisture content of the subsurface soils will play an important role in septic
tional capacity. For example, if heavy rains are experienced in any given winter,
oil moisture content will increase, thus decreasing permeability.
results from the on-site domestic well reveals a medium concentration of nitrate. In
unsewered areas and/or areas that have been, or currently are under agricultural production, it is
highly recommended that bottled water always be used for drinking and cooking purposes.
LIMITATIONS
The findings, testing, opinions and conclusions of this report are based upon information from
standard engineering and analytical test procedures, contemporary scientific literature and agency
consultations. Information in this report is deemed reliable by the sources from where it was
obtained. Results of the percolation testing should be assumed to only represent the subsurface
conditions encountered in the very specific location of testing as denoted on the Tentative Map,
and not of the entire proposed two Parcels.
This report is based upon current scientific knowledge to assess factors which are extremely
variable and complex within the environment. San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Department Sewage Standards have been employed for the purpose of preparing this study.
Therefore, no guarantee or warranty is expressed or implied concerning any aspect of this
investigation, the prevention of environmental impact, or related issues.
The opportunity to provide this service for you is appreciated.
