Addendum to Surface& Subsurface Contamination Report
Lombardi Property
23004 E. Gawne Rd.
Stockton, CA
PA-0900272
Dear Mr. Tasiopoutos:
Per your request the other day, I am providing additional Information an the „
dbris pile
located at the northwest corner of the above properly, as discussed in the Surface&
Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) prepared by our office.- Based on my site visit
for the SSCR, the pile consisted of broken concrete pipe and a few tires. When I spoke
with Mr_ Lombardi recently. he Indicated that he plans to properly dispose of the tires, but
that he uses the concrete pieces as row markers when planting the field.
In the SSCR sedtion about this pile, I discussed the possible asbestos content of old
pipes; however, please note that I did not observe any obvious asbestos-containing pipe
on the site. I believe it is common practice for farmers to keep concrete on-site for the
purpose of reinforcing canals or for other uses. We would recommend that Mr. Lombardi
be allowed to keep the pipe on the site for as long as he plan to use it. It he becomes
aware of any asbestos-containing pipe among the pile, he should property dispose of
those pieces.
Please let me know if I can provide 2ny further information for this project.
Sincerely,
¢ TP
P
 n3a y
Abigai Acca
REA 1-08321 plr
CC: Joe Lombardi
16998 E.
