Mr.Carlos Murillo
September 17,2002
Page 4
The proposed system design is for two (2) 90-foot leach lines with two (2) 36-inch
diameter seepage pits. The pits are to be excavated to a depth of 25 feet. The proposed system
size was calculated and approved by Ray Borges during a telephone conversation on September
17, 2002. The proposed septic system should be permitted and installed according to current San
Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division standards where
applicable.
The site plan indicates two (2) locations are to be used for portions of the 100%
replacement area. The replacement area was divided into two (2) areas to efficiently utilize the
land area of the site. Should the new septic system fail at some later time and require total
replacement, the 100%replacement system should be installed as indicated on the site plan (Plate
1).
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our
recommendations proposed in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and
practices.
