Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be complied with prior to <br /> the issuance of any Building Permits. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of building permit. A review fee of$156.00 is required at time <br /> of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> B. The applicant shall contact the California Lead Environmental Protection Agency <br /> Department of Toxic Substance Control (CALEPA DTSC) waste classification/evaluation <br /> unit at (916) 322-7670 to demonstrate that the "material" (Fly Ash) is not a waste, or if it is <br /> exempt from regulation. The applicant shall submit written confirmation of the evaluation <br /> from CALEPA DTSC to this office. <br /> C. If any quantity of fly ash proposed to be stored at this location meets the definition of <br /> hazardous waste according to Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations (i.e.: listed waste <br /> in Title 22), or if the waste exhibits hazardous characteristics such as ignitable, corrosive, <br /> reactivity or toxicity, the applicant must comply with the following conditions: <br /> �-ab-qa <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
