A TRUCK <br /> SCALE, PNEUMATIC BLOWER, DUST COLLECTION, AND A PORTABLE <br /> SCALE HOUSE WILL BE INCLUDED, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF <br /> FREMONT STREET, ONE-FOURTH MILE EAST OF STATE HIGHWAY <br /> ROUTE 99, EAST OF STOCKTON. (DISTRICT 2). <br /> APPLICANT: Stockton Terminal and Eastern Railroad APN: 143-270-67 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Fremont Street (State Highway Route 26) has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width per Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $167.96 per <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 2. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit.
