Gillis Road, Stockton, CA. <br /> Existing Septic Systems <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed for the <br /> vicinity of the subject property. <br /> Eight permits were found. The septic systems were installed <br /> between August 8 , 1960 and October 9 , 1985 . Two properties <br /> had repair work done . <br /> Existing Use <br /> The existing 65 . 02 acres are in walnuts . There are no <br /> improvements on the existing property. <br /> Percolation Tests <br /> The percolation tests were performed in accordance with the <br /> percolation test procedures outlined in the "Manual Septic <br /> Tank Practice" , published by the U. S. Department of Health, <br /> Education and Welfare, and per requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Local Health District . <br /> On January 15 and 16, 1991 , two percolation tests were per- <br /> formed by me on the above referenced property in conformance <br /> with the San Joaquin Ordinance No . 549. The approximate <br /> location of the test holes are shown on the accompanying <br /> Detail Map. <br /> Parcel 2 shallow percolation test failed. Parcel 2 deep <br /> percolation test hole had a percolation rate of 40 minutes <br /> per inch. <br /> A soil profile was not performed because the deatti, to water <br /> is in excess of 801 . <br /> s�R`i Fs�4 <br />
