CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1500061 <br /> EAVENSON/HENRY/MCR ENGINEERING, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application No. PA-1500061 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on April 22, 2015, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on October 21, 2016, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated March 30, 2015. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
