SUMMARY <br /> S <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL has been retained by Mr. Stanton and-Mrs. Diana p eare,859 Vanstom <br /> Court, Galt, California, 95832 to conduct a Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report for the <br /> property located at 11021 Golfview Rd, Lodi, San Joaquin County, California. <br /> The purpose of this Surface/ Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify to the extent feasible, <br /> any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses. <br /> Six (6) regional and local database lists were reviewed,'�and local and regional agencies were <br /> k contacted in order to determine if any recognized environmental conditions exist on the subject <br /> property. A discussion of these databases can be found on 5-7. The search radius for this <br /> investigation extended to adjoining properties, and to properties within a search radius of one-quarter <br /> database search the subject roe background and histo of past <br /> (114) mile.
