An Environmental Questionnaire and
Disclosure Statement was completed by John Staderoli, owner of the subject property, on September
L 9, 2005. To the best of his knowledge, the
property has been vineyards from 1928 to 1967 and bare land from 1967 to the present.
Mr. Staderoli indicated that dusting sulfur was used on the property between 1928 and 1967.
3.0 PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION
L
3.1 Research Methods
J. NOA employs a standard practice for review of database information. On a street map showing the
location of the subject property, a circle is drawn one-quarter mile out from the property boundaries,
and street maps or web-based mapping services are then used to determine address ranges for all streets
L within the quarter mile. All agency databases searchable by address are then searched for these address
ranges.
L
L
y
L
4
L
i
