L Ls �J i November 4,2005 NOA Project Number: E05133A 2.3 USGS Topographic Maps L The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey, Stockton, East, California, quadrangle map. One 7.5-minute map dated 1976 was available through Microsoft 610 Terraserver. ! In the 1976 map,the subject property is depicted as row cropland with a seasonal canal flowing through (;7 , 1) the subject property. A well is located southeast of the property. I This map is included in Appendix C of this report. L 2.4 Interviews i An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. An Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed by John Staderoli, owner of the subject property, on September L 9, 2005. A copy of his responses has been included in this report as Appendix E. In his responses to the questionnaire,Mr.Staderoli indicated that he inherited the property in 1963 from 61 his father,Lazaro Staderoli,who had owned the property 35 years. To the best of his knowledge, the property has been vineyards from 1928 to 1967 and bare land from 1967 to the present. Mr. Staderoli indicated that dusting sulfur was used on the property between 1928 and 1967. 3.0 PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION L 3.1 Research Methods J. NOA employs a standard practice for review of database information. On a street map showing the location of the subject property, a circle is drawn one-quarter mile out from the property boundaries, and street maps or web-based mapping services are then used to determine address ranges for all streets L within the quarter mile.
