1 <br /> 1 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> ' 1.1 Description of site: The project consists of one parcel. The subject Assessor's Parcel Number is <br /> 091-210-56. The project is a residential area and is developed with two existing houses. <br /> ' The parcel is zoned R-L (Residential-Low Density). <br /> 1.2 Description of Proposed Development: It is proposed to divide the existing parcel into 2 separate' �parcels. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title,this Surface and Subsurface l/ �o <br /> Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property <br /> for visual or historical environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews with the <br /> ' owner, and County records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel location map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map and APN page). <br /> ' 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> ' 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> ' 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of information of <br /> the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner,Joan Piacentine. She was interviewed in <br /> June, 2017. She has owned the subject parcel for more than 10 years. The land use has not changed <br /> ' under her ownership. It has always been used for residential purposes. No new development is <br /> proposed at this location. <br /> ' Presently the property is used for residential purposes and has been used for that purpose for at least <br /> 50 years. The surrounding properties area is also used for residential purposes. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> ' 3.1 Methods used to research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at the <br /> San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office in July, 2017 (see appendix for results). An <br /> ' onsite survey performed on July 3, 2017 by Joe Murphy of Dillon&Murphy. The San Joaquin County (311) <br /> Environmental Health Department's underground storage tank mitigation database list and an on-site <br /> search of underground storage tank program facilities yielded no findings in and around the immediate <br /> subject parcel(See Appendix.) <br /> 3.2 Description of all past on-site potential and/or known above and below ground sources of <br /> ' contamination identified at the project site: Past on-site potentials for contaminations are low.
