Tracy Boulevard <br /> Tracy, CA 95376 <br /> RE: Tentative Parcel Map File # 7-93-MS <br /> 13170 Grant Line Road <br /> The San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) has the following comments on the above <br /> referenced site: <br /> 1 . Soil and groundwater contamination were documented on <br /> this site in 1991 and several monitoring wells are <br /> currently present. The Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board is the lead agency for this site <br /> f investigation and mitigation. Destruction or replacement <br /> of any monitoring wells will require permit and <br /> inspection by PHS/EHD. <br /> 2 . Any existing agricultural or domestic wells on the <br /> project site must be destroyed under permit and <br /> inspection by PHS/EHD. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this project.
