Grant Line Road is an arterial road and access points should be limited <br /> to allow rapid traffic movement. In addition, Grant Line Road is within the City of Tracy's city limits and therefore any proposed improvements on Grant Line Road will need to meet City <br /> standards. Our City standards include but are not limited to the following: right-of-way dedication and frontage improvements. I will continue to circulate and discuss the referral with <br /> other staff members and then communicate with the County of any additional specific comments or concerns. <br /> Please also note that although any development is not proposed with this lot line adjustment(LLA),the City of Tracy has some general concerns regarding the owner's proposed LLA. <br /> When the owner submits for a general plan amendment,zoning change,and/or a development review permit, please notify the City of Tracy.
