Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$178.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1115.7). <br /> C. Environmental Health Department observed steam cleaning on April 2, 2002, of tractors and <br /> vehicles at the site. Prior to recordation of Parcel Map, wash material must be plumbed <br /> through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground system approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department. A registered engineer must design this system. The <br /> material collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous <br /> constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Department. A $178.00 plan check fee is required at the time of <br /> submittal. <br /> Page 1 of 2 _M <br />
