Grantline Road, Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> b. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator <br /> and discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The <br /> material collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for <br /> hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee <br /> is required at the time of submittal. <br /> C. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must register with County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> d. If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain a EPA identification <br /> number and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> e. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br /> a � <br />
