s <br /> t <br /> 1. The proposed use will change the occupancy from a M-3 occupancy to a B-1 or <br /> H-4 occupancy (U.B.C. Section 502). The structure must be brought into <br /> compliance with all current code provisions including structural, plumbing, <br /> mechanical, electrical, energy and disabled access requirements. <br /> 2. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R.,Title <br /> 24). <br /> 3. The floor area of the repair shop (H-4 or B-1 occupancy) shall be served by one <br /> or more floor drains which shall drain to an approved grease and oil separator. <br /> The separator shall have prior approval by the Public Health Services <br /> (Environmental Division) before submission to this Division for permits and meet <br /> all the criteria for hazardous waste generation. <br /> 4. An H-4 occupancy in excess of 3000 square feet will require automatic fire <br /> sprinklers. <br /> j. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 2. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the'tow away'sign <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 3. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 114 inch per foot (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> k. The construction plans shall indicate a Class'13' listed or non-combustible roof covering. <br /> 2.
