Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage <br /> must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study <br /> is required and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to E.H.D. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption <br /> rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit <br /> fee of $78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 2. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> parishioners the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach <br /> I field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a <br /> storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only <br /> and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> 3. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory.
