Box 1924 <br /> Tracy, CA 95304 Woodland, CA 95776 <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Use Permit application for a 60,233 square foot expansion to an existing 13,495 square foot <br /> neighborhood religious assembly facility with a maximum of 170 members. This project will increase the number of <br /> members to a maximum of 700 members and will be completed in two (2) phases over a four(4) year period. Phase One <br /> to include construction of a 28,965 square foot assembly hall for religious and educational activities, a 250 square foot <br /> wellhouse, a 700 square foot fire water pumphouse, a 6,453 square foot hallway structure (to connect the proposed <br /> assembly hall and social hall), and the conversion of an existing 6,150 square foot agricultural building into a storage <br /> building. Phase Two, with building permits to be issued within four(4)years,to include the construction of a 17,715 square <br /> foot social hall to include a kitchen, dining area, and retreat area. The religious assembly will operate for twelve(12) hours <br /> per day, seven (7) days per week from 6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. with four (4) employees per shift. Services will be provided <br /> three (3) days per week from Friday through Sunday with six (6) employees per shift. Friday's service will take place from <br /> 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. with a maximum of 100 members. Saturday's service will take place from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. <br /> with a maximum of 125 members. Sunday's service will take place from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a maximum of 500 <br /> members. There are currently seventy-seven (77) parking spaces onsite with 404 additional parking spaces proposed. <br /> The project will be served by a private well, a private septic system and a storm drainage will be retained onsite. Access <br /> to the project site will be from two (2) existing driveways and one (1) proposed new driveway located on West Grant Line <br /> Road. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act Contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the north side of West Grant Line Road, 985 feet east of Hansen <br /> Road, Tracy.
