Grant Line Rd, Tracy <br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements <br /> may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the design <br /> calculations, including the maximum number of persons the sewage disposal system is <br /> proposed to serve. In addition, show on revised plans that the disposal field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This disposal <br /> field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> B. An Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) permit for the installation of an <br /> engineered system was issued on October 3, 2018 and will expire October 3, 2019 but can <br /> be extended to October 3, 2020. This OWTS must be installed per approved plans prior to <br /> final occupancy (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. The onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) shall be designed to receive all domestic <br /> sewage and wastewater from the property. Only domestic sewage is allowed to discharge <br /> into the OWTS. No basement, footing or surface drainage or discharge from water softener, <br /> iron filter, pool filters, or water treatment systems shall be permitted to enter any part of the <br /> OWTS. The floor drain in trash enclosure area shall not be plumbed into the OWTS as <br /> indicated on the OWTS plans (San Joaquin County OWTS Standards 1.10.1). <br /> a. Prohibited discharges into OWTS include: automobile and garage waste, storm <br /> drainage, solvents and toxics, solids, garbage, kitchen wastewater from restaurant or <br /> bar, air conditioners, hazardous wastes, backwash, truck terminal wastes, recreational <br /> vehicle holding tank waste, industrial and manufacturing waste, and food processing <br /> wastes (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.7 and San Joaquin <br /> County OWTS 1 .14). <br /> D. Open, pump, and backfill the two septic tanks under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department that are associated with two houses located on this <br /> 1868 E.
