PA-1900127(UP) Project -6- 3 July 2019 <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Limited Threat General NPDES Permit <br /> If the proposed project includes construction dewatering and it is necessary to <br /> discharge the groundwater to waters of the United States,the proposed project will <br /> require coverage under a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System <br /> (NPDES)permit.
