Submit a site plan or map to the Environmental Health Department showing sewage and well <br /> information that clearly delineates the proposed location(s) including the single family residences. <br /> In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines, as per ordinance requirements <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)), <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 50%-100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement areas for both single family residences and the religious assembly facility. <br /> d. This can be a 90-day process <br /> and it is recommended that the project applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible.
