Lake Mead Blvd., Suite 100 Tracy, CA 95304 Las Vegas, NV 89128 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Use Permit application to expand an existing 170-member neighborhood religious assembly facility into a 700-member regional religious assembly facility to be completed in two phases over three years. Phase one is the construction of a 19,940 square foot two-story assembly hall, 2,300 square foot one-story restroom building, and parking area. Phase two is the construction of a 14,750 square foot two-story kitchen, dining, and retreat building. The permit also includes four special events. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located 1,250 feet east of Hansen Road, on the north side of Grant Line Road, west of Tracy. (APN/Address: 209-190-33/16215 W. Grant Line Road,Tracy)(Supervisorial District 5) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than March 9, 2016. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on March 16, 2016. If you would like to receive notice of the staff determination for this project, please notify the Community Development Department in writing.
