Grant Line Rd., Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. An addendum to the soil suitability / nitrate loading study dated June 4, 1999 incorporation the <br /> proposed expansion of the existing religious assembly facility shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The <br /> studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to the issuance of <br /> building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 0-1105.2(d)). A review fee of <br /> $650 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$130 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. A Small Public Water System (SPWS) permit amendment to operate a public water system will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: Applicant shall contact Frank Girardi, Lead Senior Registered Environmental Health <br /> Specialist, at (209) 953-7868 for a SPWS permit amendment application. <br />
