Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare or <br /> be injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the Initial Study prepared for the project found no <br /> potentially significant environmental impacts. <br /> 5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the proposed use will not interfere with nor alter <br /> the current land uses on adjacent properties. The adjacent parcels are primarily <br /> agricultural with scattered residences, and the nearest residence is located 770 feet west <br /> of the project site.
