Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> / A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated June 2, 2003, was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area <br /> is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 <br /> must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with.the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> D. Prior to Parcel Map approval, the Environmental Health Department requires that the existing <br /> well(s) on proposed Parcel #2 and #4 demonstrate that the proposed property lines meet the <br /> minimum 10-foot distance in accordance with the San Joaquin County Well Standards. <br /> E. Prior to Parcel Map approval, applicant shall uncover septic system to demonstrate system <br /> does not extend outside proposed property lines. This shall be completed under a <br /> consultation permit and inspection with the Environmental Health Department.
