The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. <br /> The fire road(including secondary access)shall be required to be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association Standard 902.2.2. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. Dedication to result in a 73-foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Grant Line Road to the property line <br /> shall be required across the frontage of Parcel 4. Dedication to result in a 98-foot right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Mountain House Parkway shall be required across the frontages of Parcels 1,2, 3,and 4. <br /> Dedication shall be made on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 3. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map.
