The purpose of our <br /> Phase 1 work was to evaluate the property for evidence of potential soil and ground <br /> Lwater contamination resulting from current and/or former site activities. <br /> Our Phase lwork was authorized March 28, 2003,by Mr. Gerry Kamilos with Gerry <br /> L N. Kamilos, LLC. The Phase 1 site assessment aspects of this report have been <br /> prepared in accordance with the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) <br /> Standard E 152 7-00for Environmental Assessments.
